The Pittsfield Parks Commission will be hosting a public meeting on Tuesday, March 21 for public input toward an update for the city’s Open Space and Recreation Plan. All residents interested in Pittsfield’s parks, open space, and recreation resources are encouraged to attend the meeting which will be held 7-8:30 p.m. in Council Chambers at City Hall.
The update will outline the city’s next steps toward managing, protecting and improving Pittsfield’s natural resources and open space, as well as opportunities for a range of recreation opportunities. Community input will play a critical role in this process.
